Leading corporate with large retail footprint
A leading corporate is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to manage the growth and optimisation of its retail footprint across Australia. You will be responsible for securing new sites and managing lease negotiations, renewals and key commercial outcomes across an established retail network.
Key responsibilities:
Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, relocations and extensions
Manage relationships with landlords, agents and key stakeholders
Provide strategic leasing advice to support business growth
Manage the leasing pipeline and ensure commercial and operational requirements are met
About you:
Strong experience in retail leasing from an occupier or landlord perspective
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Commercially astute with robust understanding of the retail property market
Proven ability to manage multiple sites and transactions
12-month contract (potential to extend) | Sydney CBD | $160k–$180k incl. super
