What We're Looking For
n
Freo Group is seeking an organised, proactive and customer focused Operations Coordinator to support our Newman operations.
n
This is a unique opportunity to combine office-based operational planning with onsite coordination, working closely with our Superintendent, Supervisors and operational teams to ensure the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of crane and lifting services.
n
Working a 2:1 off roster, you'll become an integral part of both our operational and leadership teams.
n
What You'll Bring To The Team

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys solving problems before they become issues.

You'll Ideally Bring
n
n
Experience in operations coordination, mobilisation, workforce planning and administration
n
Solid organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
n
The ability to manage multiple competing priorities
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
n
A pro-active, solutions-focused approach
n
Experience within mining, maintenance, industrial services, cranes, logistics or construction (highly regarded)
n
Experience with mobilisation systems, payroll, invoicing or procurement will be highly regarded.
n

What You'll Be Doing
n
No two days are the same. You'll be responsible for coordinating people, mobilisation, compliance, customer requirements and operational administration to keep our business running smoothly.
n
Your Responsibilities Will Include
n
n
Coordinating labour, equipment and operational resources
n
Supporting workforce planning and scheduling
n
Managing employee mobilisation, travel and site access
n
Maintaining training, competency and compliance
recordsCoordinating
shutdown and project requirements
n
Preparing customer invoices and supporting month-end billing
n
Processing payroll information and operational documentation
n
Liaising with customers and internal stakeholders
n
Supporting reporting,



procurement and branch administration
n
Assisting the operational team to deliver exceptional customer service
n
