Lower North Shore | $12M Luxury Home | Monday–Friday | Up to $140K + Super

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on a prestigious $12M luxury residential project in Sydney's Lower North Shore.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Site Manager with a strong background in high‐end/luxury residential construction who takes pride in delivering exceptional finishes, maintaining high standards and managing a quality project from start to completion.

The Role As Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day‐to‐day management and delivery of the project, including:

Managing all site operations and construction activities
n
Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
n
Maintaining exceptional quality and finishing standards
n
Managing site safety, program and daily construction activities
n
Coordinating consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders
n
Ensuring the project is delivered on time and to specification
n
Maintaining a clean,



organised and professional site
n
Managing project documentation and reporting
n
n
About You You will be an experienced Site Manager with:
n
n
Proven luxury/high‐end residential construction experience – essential
n
Experience managing projects of $10M+
n
Strong knowledge of construction methodology and sequencing
n
Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
n
A solid eye for detail and quality
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
The ability to take ownership of the project and drive delivery
n
Relevant construction qualifications and/or experience
n
n
