Job Description
BON CHARGE is a rapid-growing Australian wellness brand with a Sydney CBD HQ. We are seeking a data-driven CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead lifecycle strategy across email, SMS and web push.

You will own flows, segmentation, and campaign strategy, collaborating with content, creative, and analytics teams to drive repeat purchases and extend LTV. This is a growth-focused role with one direct report, the CRM Coordinator, reporting to the Head of Customer Experience.
