Evolve Scientific is recruiting a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator to join a growing, well-established clinical research site in Brisbane. Working across a diverse portfolio of commercially sponsored trials, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality research that contributes to future healthcare advancements.

The Opportunity
n
You'll be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of clinical trials, working closely with Investigators, sponsors, CROs and participants to ensure studies are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with GCP requirements.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate clinical trials from start-up through to close-out
n
Manage participant recruitment, screening, study visits and follow-up
n
Conduct protocol-required assessments and clinical procedures
n
Maintain study documentation, source data and EDC systems
n
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, ethics and regulatory requirements
n
Support monitoring visits, audits and sponsor interactions
n
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
n




Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and site performance
n

About You
n
n
2+ years' experience as a Senior, Lead or experienced Clinical Research Coordinator
n
Robust knowledge of clinical trial operations and ICH-GCP
n
Experience within commercially sponsored clinical trials
n
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
n
Ability to manage multiple studies in a fast-paced environment
n
Passion for participant care and research excellence
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
AHPRA registration (RN)
n
Phlebotomy, vaccination or injection experience
n
Experience across vaccines, respiratory, cardiovascular, metabolic health or dermatology studies
n
Audit, inspection or quality management experience
n
n
