As a NAB Graduatein Digital, Data & AI, you'll gain hands‐on experience in a supportive and cooperative environment within your chosen stream. You'll work on real projects, receive structured training and mentoring, complete meaningful work, and connect with leaders and specialists across NAB.

Digital, Data & AI (DD&AI;) sits at the heart of how NAB is transforming the way customers and colleagues experience banking. Our teams bring together digital products, design, data, analytics and AI to create simpler, smarter and more personalised experiences.

DD&AI; spans five core capabilities — Digital, Design, Enterprise Customer Onboarding (ECOM), Data & Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence — working together to deliver real outcomes for customers and colleagues.
