Job Description
Southern Cross Care WA is seeking an AN-ACC Coordinator to support sustainable, high-quality aged care across our residential homes.
You will lead AN-ACC processes, optimise funding, and ensure compliance, working closely with clinical, operational and finance teams to improve resident outcomes and organisational performance.
This permanent part time role offers 3 days per week, with travel across metropolitan and regional sites and a vehicle allowance.
