Job Description
Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) is seeking an eCommerce Trade Specialist – Creative to drive daily online performance across our Creative & Craft categories.
In a hybrid setup, you'll own onsite merchandising, campaigns, and data-driven site optimization to boost sales.
You'll collaborate with merchandisers, digital marketing, and UX/UI teams to align stock and promotions while turning insights into commercial wins.
