Serco is seeking an Aboriginal Liaison Officer to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander prisoners in custody and through reentry. You will work with prisoners, staff, Elders and community groups to deliver culturally protected, meaningful services and rehabilitation-focused outcomes.

You will help facilitate culturally appropriate interventions and maintain connections with Elders and external partners while advocating for welfare and reintegration needs in a supportive team setting.
