Our client, a rapidly growing real estate private credit investment manager, is looking to appoint an Associate to join their Funds Management team.

Ideal role for a solid finance graduate or someone coming from funds management or a similar corporate background in funds, audit or banking looking to get into private credit.

Overview

A role within a small, close knit funds management team, supporting portfolio management, fund operations and investor engagement across the firm's real estate credit funds.

Key Responsibilities
Support monitoring of fund portfolios, including NAVs and asset liquidity
Assist with fund updates, information memoranda and DDQs
Support capital allocation processes and new fund launches
Assist with warehouse facility administrationBuild working knowledge of the capital stack,



from senior debt through mezzanine and preferred equity to ordinary equity
Support investor relationship management and capital raising activity

Requirements
Some experience in funds management, portfolio administration or investment support within real estate credit or a related asset nice to have but not essential
Solid Finance Graduate
1 -3 years coming from a similar corporate background, custody, audit, Fund admin, banking, wealth management
Solid attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills
A hard working, prudent self starter keen to build a career in funds management
