About the Role

We're partnering with a nationally recognised organisation seeking a highly capable Systems Administrator to join their technology team.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced infrastructure skilled who is comfortable operating at a Level 3 technical capacity. You'll be responsible for maintaining and improving core technology platforms across servers, Microsoft 365, networking, security and virtualisation settings while helping deliver key technology initiatives.

The position offers a mix of BAU infrastructure support, strategic improvement work and participation in technology projects, making it well suited to someone who enjoys variety and ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimise Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Windows Server environments
Maintain virtual infrastructure, backup platforms and disaster recovery capabilities
Monitor,



secure and improve network infrastructure and connectivity services
Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical incidents
Support infrastructure projects, system upgrades and cloud initiatives

About You
5+ years' experience in systems administration, infrastructure support or a similar technical role
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise Windows Server environments
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience across Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint
Expertise with networking technologies including firewalls, switches, routing and VPNs
Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, Azure and security-focused infrastructure management
