Paralegal

We are currently recruiting for an established boutique family law firm in the Perth CBD. This is a newly created Paralegal position, with the firm open to either full-time or four days per week for the right person.

Responsibilities

n

Prepare legal documents and correspondence as directed
n
Handle dictation, proofreading and editing for accuracy
n
Coordinate communication between clients, lawyers and other parties
n
Manage document filing, disclosure preparation and data within legal software
n
Conduct legal research and maintain records
n
Assist with client consultations, court preparation and scheduling
n
Provide general administrative and paralegal support to the team.

About You

Previous experience working within a legal setting is required
n
Previous family law experience would be highly regarded.
n
