The Arnott's Group in Virginia is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor to partner with site leaders and teams to strengthen safety culture and ensure compliance with Australian WHS standards. You will lead risk assessments, investigations and audits, deliver safety training, and drive continuous improvement across health, safety and environment.

This role offers a hands-on, cooperative setting in a rapid-paced manufacturing setting where safety and wellbeing are priorities.
