Job Description
SA Health in Mount Gambier, Millicent or Naracoorte is seeking a Social Worker to deliver trauma-informed psychosocial assessments and therapeutic interventions across Limestone Coast programs.
You will work within Subacute Inpatient Rehabilitation, Acute Care, Aged Care and Childhood Health contexts, liaising with multidisciplinary teams to support individuals, families and carers in navigating health and social challenges.
