BWE Drilling is seeking a Blast Hole Drill Trainer to develop trainee drillers and upskill field crews across mining projects.
The role combines simulator-based training with hands-on coaching to build operator competence and safety culture.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will deliver structured programs, assess competency, and identify skill gaps.
The ideal candidate has extensive blast hole drilling experience and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, with HR licence.
