This is a rare opportunity to join a leading Top 4 Advisory firm in Melbourne within their high-performing Transaction Services team.
Working with private equity, corporate, and institutional clients, you will lead complex financial due diligence projects and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions on some of Australia's most high-profile transactions.
What you will do:
Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements across multiple sectors
Advise clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, from strategy to execution
Manage and develop high-performing teams while coaching junior talent
Build trusted relationships with senior executives, investors, and dealmakers
Contribute to practice growth and broader business development initiatives
What we are looking for:




5-12 years' experience in Transaction Services, M&A; Advisory, Deals or Corporate Finance
Currently at Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level within Big 4 or mid-tier advisory
Strong technical expertise in financial due diligence and ability to run engagements end-to-end
Track record of building client relationships and delivering commercial insights
CA or equivalent qualification highly regarded
Advise on iconic, market-shaping deals with a global platform behind you
