Our client is seeking a passionateProduct Developerto create innovative, globally relevant beauty products across colour cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
This is a hands‐on role managing the full product development lifecycle, working closely with global manufacturers to take new products from initial brief through to launch.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle frombrief through to global launch
Develop and refine product concepts, formulations and packaging
Manage prototypes, product iterations and testing
Evaluate formulation, texture, performance and packaging against competitor benchmarks
Identify emerging beauty trends, consumer behaviours and new product opportunities
Manage critical paths, timelines, costs and quality throughout development
Work closely with Marketing, Brand, Regulatory, Quality and Supply Chain
Build strong relationships withglobal manufacturers and suppliers
Key Requirements
3+ years' product development experiencewithin the beauty industry




Strong hands‐on experience acrosscolour cosmetics, skincare and/or personal care
Understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations and manufacturing processes
Experience managing overseas manufacturers and suppliers
Strong understanding of beauty trends, innovation and the competitive landscape
Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple product launches
Solid commercial mindset with a passion for creating innovative, market‐relevant products
Highly Regarded
Established network of local and international cosmetics/skincare suppliers
Experience evaluating prototypes and formulations against market benchmarks
Tertiary qualification inBusiness, Science or Marketing
Flexibility for interstate and international travel
