The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, a rare leadership seat is available for an established Partner or a Special Counsel / Senior Associate ready to step up. The key point of difference: you don't need to bring a practice or book of clients (but if you have, you can bring!). You will step straight into a very established practice with a solid pipeline of work and the mandate to lead from day one.

The Work

Insolvency and restructuring-related litigation
n
Corporations Act disputes
n




ACL issues and business disputes (including intergenerational family business disputes)
n
Strategy, negotiations, mediations and dispute resolution
n
Mentoring and developing junior lawyers
n
Practice leadership
n

About You

n

n
Partner-level commercial litigator or Special Counsel / Senior Associate ready for the next step
n
Strong technical capability across commercial disputes (insolvency exposure highly regarded but not essential)
n
Confident adviser with excellent judgment and stakeholder management
n
Leadership mindset: high standards, collaborative style, and genuine interest in the success of the team
