Canteen Australia is seeking a Psychosocial Clinician to support 12–25 year-olds affected by cancer from our Brisbane team. You will conduct initial psychosocial assessments and provide ongoing counselling, care coordination and referrals to internal and external services.
Engage with hospital teams, schools and the community to expand networks and deliver education camps, recreation and support programs. A commitment to youth wellbeing and collaboration with national teams is essential.
