NW People Group Pty Ltd in Tuggerah, NSW is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team, handling enquiries, orders, returns, and complaints with a focus on accuracy and timely responses.

You will liaise with customers, process data, and support internal departments while meeting service levels. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook is desirable.

This role runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, paying AUD 37.50 per hour.
