What You'll Be Doing

Lead from the front and deliver Yo-Chi's signature guest experience.
n
Support the Venue Manager with daily operations and venue performance.
n
Train, coach and motivate a high performing, engaged team.
n
Champion a positive, inclusive and values led culture.
n
Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs.
n
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are always met.
n
Drive operational excellence and set the standard for the venue
n
Inspire a high energy setting for both the team and our guests.

Who we're looking for:

Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail (QSR experience highly regarded).

A passion for building team culture and developing people.

Solid operational and commercial acumen.

Confidence working in fast paced settings.
