Core Talent is seeking a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician for a busy commercial asset in Darlinghurst, Sydney. You will handle day-to-day maintenance, site presentation, contractor coordination and compliance to keep the building secure, effective and attractive.
We’re looking for experience in commercial facilities, strong WHS awareness, and the ability to work independently in a live setting. A White Card is preferred and chiller/HVAC knowledge is essential.
