Job Description

PEOPLE CAST PTY LTD is seeking a Head Sommelier for a fine dining restaurant in Brisbane's CBD. This full time role offers a competitive salary and a genuine long-term career opportunity under the client's management.

The successful candidate will lead wine service, provide expert food and wine pairing guidance, and uphold elevated service standards. AQF Certificate II/III and 2 years of full time experience preferred; candidates must be able to work full time.
