Job Description
East of England Community Health & Care NHS Trust is offering a 6 month fixed term, part time role (22.5 hours per week) as Sexual Health Outreach and Prevention Associate Practitioner.
The post may beBand 5 or a Band 4 developmental post and focuses on outreach delivery, chlamydia screening and condom distribution.
Hours are flexible to include evenings and weekends, and the role requires a full UK driving license with access to a vehicle.
