About therole
Bunge isseeking a proactive and organised Logistics Officer to join ourTrade Logistics team based in Melbourne.
Reportingto the Manager Logistics Queensland Victoria & NSW, you will play akey role in coordinating the productive movement of grain acrossdomestic, export and import supply chains.
Working closely withtraders, customers, bulk handlers, port terminals and transportproviders, you will ensure orders are executed safely,cost-effectively and on time.

Duties
Coordinate grainmovements via road and rail for domestic, export and importcustomers
Source and negotiatefreight providers to achieve cost-effective transportoutcomes
Monitor and managethe execution of customer orders, ensuring deliveries arecompleted on time and within contract terms
Liaise with traders,carriers, bulk handlers and port terminals to coordinate stockmovements and resolve operational issues
Review stockavailability and allocations to support efficient supply chainplanning
Process freightdocumentation, tickets, invoices and grain movements accuratelyand within required timeframes
Ensure compliancewith Chain of Responsibility legislation, company policies andsafety requirements
Maintain accuraterecords and provide administrative support to ensure efficientlogistics operations
Aboutyou
Experience inlogistics, supply chain, transport planning or a relatedfield
Relevantqualifications in logistics, supply chain or a relateddiscipline will be highly regarded
Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to makesound decisions under pressure
Excellentcommunication and relationship-building skills with internaland external stakeholders
Strongorganisational and time management skills,



with the ability to manage competing priorities
Highattention to detail and commitment to accurate administrationand record keeping
Proactive andself-motivated, with the ability to work independently and aspartof a team
