Konecranes is seeking a Parts Customer Service & Order Management Coordinator in Sydney. You will manage the end-to-end customer order lifecycle from quote to delivery, ensuring timely updates and accurate processing.

You’ll liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance and Logistics to fulfil orders and maintain superb customer experience. The role requires 2–3 years in customer service or order management, ERP experience (SAP or similar), and robust MS Office skills.
