Sharp & Carter is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a large, multi-site Australian operation.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will drive accurate, compliant payroll processing across multiple pay groups and support process improvement within a high-performing team.
You will interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements, ensure data integrity, manage queries, and contribute to reporting and system updates.
Hybrid working arrangements are available.
