Job Description
Accor's Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead the reservations function and maximise revenue across groups, corporate and leisure bookings.
This role drives conversion, upselling and a premium guest experience in a luxury setting.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will coordinate with Revenue, Front Office and Sales, build a high-performing team, manage rosters and deliver a seamless guest journey from enquiry to arrival in a world-class workplace.
