We're seeking reliable, licensed Security Officers to join our team on a casual basis, with genuine opportunities to progress into permanent roles.
As a Security Officer at Westfield Geelong, one of Melbourne's premier retail destinations, you'll work in a fast-paced, high-profile environment where no two days are the same.
You'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and welcoming centre, delivering exceptional customer service, responding to incidents, and supporting daily operations alongside centre management and emergency services.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional front-line customer service
Respond to medical emergencies and security incidents
Monitor safety risks and complete incident reports
Assist with crowd management and conflict resolution
Support emergency response procedures and centre operations
What You'll Bring
CCTV monitoring experience
Current Victorian Security Licence (Crowd Control & Monitoring)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
Strong communication and customer service skills




Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
A skilled presentation and ability to meet the physical demands of the role
