Pay Rates:

Days: starting from £22.00ph (Varies to different Care Home)
n
Nights: starting from £24.98ph (Varies to different Care Home)
n

What you'll do:

n

n
Deliver high-quality clinical care in line with NMC standards
n
Lead and support care teams to ensure safe, effective practice
n
Administer medication, complete clinical observations, and maintain accurate documentation
n




Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
n
Uphold dignity, respect, and choice in every interaction
n

What we're looking for:

Valid NMC registration (RGN)
n
Strong clinical judgement and excellent communication skills
n
A caring, reliable, and qualified approach
n
1 year paid experience in residential, nursing homes.
n
