Job Description

ICC Sydney is seeking a detail‐oriented Contact Centre Team Member to join our Building Services and Sustainability Team on a full‐time basis. You'll be the central point of contact for operational and facilities maintenance, triaging work requests and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to ensure client success.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, radio, and service portal, perform data entry, and monitor tasks for reactive and planned maintenance.
