Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

Salary: $95,000 + Super

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-managed commercial and retail asset for a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician.
n
This is a site-based role suited to someone with solid commercial building experience who can support day-to-day maintenance, building presentation, contractor coordination and compliance.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Daily and weekly building inspections
n
General maintenance including lighting, minor plumbing, painting and repairs
n
Plant room checks and basic plant maintenance
n
Awareness of chiller systems and coordination of HVAC contractors
n
Reactive and preventative maintenance support
n
Contractor and cleaning coordination




n
WHS, risk and compliance support including fire safety activities
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
MUST HAVE - Understanding of chiller upkeep and HVAC coordination
n
Proven experience in commercial facilities or building maintenance
n
Experience working in plant rooms and around building services
n
Strong WHS and compliance awareness
n
Able to work independently in a live workplace
n
White Card required (licence preferred)
n
n
