Job Description
OneCare Limited is seeking a full time Home Care Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Home Care program across Tasmania, driving high-quality service delivery and compliant operations while promoting growth through community engagement.
You will supervise the Home Care team, oversee rostering and recruitment, mentor staff, ensure alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards, and work with stakeholders across independent living villages and aged care facilities to expand
