About the Company
n
Our client is a leading local government organisation undertaking a significant, multi-year TechnologyOne ERP transformation. They are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Officer to join the program and play a hands-on role in preparing approximately 900 employees for the successful adoption of a current ERP platform.
n
Working across the full learning lifecycle, you will contribute to Training Needs Analysis, design and build learning content, co-facilitate training, support go-live and provide ongoing capability support throughout the program. This is a varied role that will suit an L&D; professional who enjoys being hands-on, creative and close to the learner experience.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Participate in Training Needs Analysis workshops and identify learner requirements across multiple functional areas.
n
Develop role-based learning journeys, learning materials and training resources.
n
Design and build eLearning using Articulate Rise, including SCORM content for LearnUpon.
n
Create Quick Reference Guides, instructional videos, instructor-led materials, pre-work and knowledge checks.
n
Localise TechnologyOne learning content to reflect organisational processes and ways of working.
n




Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to validate content and minimise rework.
n
Support the publishing and maintenance of learning content across LearnUpon and the intranet.
n
Co-facilitate and independently deliver instructor-led and flipped classroom training.
n
Support train-the-trainer, manager activation and capability-building sessions.
n
Deliver hypercare drop-ins, targeted clinics and refresher sessions following go-live.

Skills and Experience
n
n
Experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, training or learning delivery, ideally within a technology or transformation environment.
n
Experience designing and developing engaging learning content across multiple formats.
n
Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise highly regarded.
n
Experience developing SCORM/eLearning content and working with an LMS.
n
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt delivery to different audiences.
n
Experience developing QRGs, instructional videos, facilitator guides and other learning resources.
n
Experience supporting an ERP, technology implementation or organisational transformation will be highly regarded.
