Lachlan Shire Council is seeking a motivated and professional
Overseer
to join our experienced Roads Team. This
full-time
role is based in
Condobolin
but works north of Condobolin and is a key member of the Infrastructure Services Department, responsible for the supervision of staff undertaking a range of projects and provides support to the various program Managers.
About You
Certificate IV in Frontline Management or Local Government (operational works) or willing to obtain
Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills
Construction Inductions Certificate (White Card)
Good planning, organisational and communication skills
Good customer service skills
Demonstrated contractor management and project management skills
Positive literacy skills
A current Class C Driver Licence.

What We Offer
Salary and Conditions
Salary range: $3,****** to $3,****** per fortnight
Starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
Position classified at Grade 11 within Council's Salary Structure.




Employment conditions in accordance with the Local Government (State) Award.
