About The Role
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Office Operations Manager & Executive Assistant will oversee the office support team who play a critical role in the functional operations of our busy North Terrace office including the café, while supporting members of the Executive Team. This position combines operational leadership with high-level Executive support. You will ensure the office support team have clear responsibilities, priorities and performance expectations.
This role is available on either a full-time basis or part time (0.8 FTE) for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities will include
:
Provide leadership and direction to the Office & Café Supervisor, ensuring office and café facilities and services are of a high standard and operating efficiently
Overseeing the daily workflows and priorities of the café team
Manage relationship and services with facilities providers to ensure the smooth operation and presentation of the North Terrace Office and Satellite Office
Support engagement within office facilities through the delivery of monthly staff engagement activities with the Café team
Provide high-level administration support to members of the Executive Team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings and events, managing travel arrangements and processing expenses
Assist in managing and coordinating special projects or initiatives as assigned by the Executive Team
About You
You are an experienced Office Manager and Executive Assistant with proven experience leading and managing an administration team. Your strong people-management skills including coaching, delegating and supporting combined with the ability to support senior leaders in a changing environment will make you a suitable fit for the role. Highly organised and detail oriented, you possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working with Executives, Team members and external stakeholders. You demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion and integrity when managing confidential information, along with strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in project management will be highly regarded, along with your flexibility to travel if and as required.
