A well‐known Perth residential builder is looking for a switched‐on Site Start Supervisor to manage the setup phase of new home builds across both NOR and SOR.

You'll take ownership of everything needed to get a site build‐ready — early trades, documentation checks, materials, surveys, and making sure each job kicks off smoothly.

Day‐to‐day includes:

Checking plans, engineering, energy reports and approvals
n
Organising surveys, earthworks, access, fencing and safety
n
Ordering early‐stage materials (plumbing, concrete, frames, hardware)
n
Booking and coordinating early trades
n
Fixing issues before they slow down the build
n
Handing over cleanly to the main Site Supervisor
n

What You'll Bring
n

Residential construction experience (site, scheduling, pre‐start or coordination)
n
Trade background ideal — carpentry and brick laying ideal
n
Outstanding for someone stepping off the tools and wanting to grow into a supervisor role
n
Familiar with the residential building process and how jobs flow
n
Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
Confidence dealing with trades and suppliers
n
Ability to juggle multiple jobs across NOR & SOR with a team
n
