About this Opportunity:
n
Production & Critical Path Management
n
n
Maintain and update the Production Tracker daily, ensuring all data is accurate and aligned with critical path timelines.
n
Raise and issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers based on final buy plans.
n
Generate and distribute barcode reports across retail, online, and wholesale channels.
n
Complete data entry across all internal systems and update POs and trackers with accurate costing, delivery dates, and item details.
n
Cross-check data between merchandising files, system entries, and trackers to ensure consistency and accuracy.
n
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely submission of all samples and to monitor production status.
n
Communicate timelines, priorities, and changes to offshore suppliers.
n
Request, track, and record bulk fabric and trim approvals.
n
Confirm and communicate PO details with suppliers, including size breaks, colourways, and any special requirements.
n
Support troubleshooting of production issues, delays, material challenges, and quality concerns.
n
Track handover dates to freight forwarders and update seasonal shipping schedules (AIR/SEA), including ETDs and ETAs.
n
Assist with resolving shortages, overages, and delivery discrepancies.
n
Track required shipment samples prior to dispatch.
n
Support onboarding of new suppliers by setting up templates, trackers, PO formats, and workflow documentation.
n




Provide clear communication to suppliers regarding process expectations and deadlines.
n
Processing of ad hoc production tasks and invoices
n
n
Sample Management & Workflow
n
n
Track all incoming and outgoing parcels and log them accurately.
n
Book DHL shipments for suppliers and ensure urgent samples are correctly flagged.
n
Follow up sample ETAs regularly and maintain clear sample status visibility across all categories.
n
Prepare and organise samples for fittings, meetings, and seasonal reviews.
n
Mark off styles and update tracker comments as samples are approved.
n
Assist with runway/marketing sample coordination when required.
n
Support maintenance and organisation of the sample room and seasonal sample storage.
n
n
Garment Tech & Production Support
n
n
Attend production fit sessions to monitor progress, note changes, and flag any concerns impacting the critical path (late styles, redo requirements, fit issues, trim delays, etc.).
n
Update trackers post-fitting with comments, changes, and approval status.
n
Provide weekly workflow updates during Production x Garment Tech meetings, outlining priorities, risks, and sample progress.
n
Track PP, size sets, and shipment sample approvals to ensure they are completed within acceptable timeframes.
n
Flag any sample or production-related issues that may impact bulk delivery.
n

Logistics
n
n
Liaise with Logistics on goods handed over to Freight Forwarder for movement to selected warehouse.
n
Plan and communicate each season's schedule for SEA and AIR.
n
In conjunction with logistics resolve any unforeseen overages or shortages on stock delivered from suppliers
n
n
You will bring:




n
n
Minimum 1+ years' experience in Production, Development, or a related fashion role
n
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, and Google Drive
n
Thorough understanding of aspects of the design and product development process
n
Proactive interest in keeping at the forefront of the industry and bringing in best practice initiatives.
n
Strong communication skills across internal teams and offshore suppliers
n
Comfortable in a quick-paced environment, with the ability to react quickly to feedback and adjust planning and designs accordingly.
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities across overlapping seasons
n
Highly organised individual with Impeccable follow-up and accurate attention to detail
n
Self-motivation, problem-solving and critical thinking
n
Adapts well to change and can take a flexible approach
n
Ability to manage multiple/competing priorities and timelines with adherence to the critical path
