Oregon Medical Group, part of Optum, is seeking a Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) to join our Eugene, OR team. The role offers hybrid care, adaptable scheduling, and a mix of in-person and virtual visits to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities include outpatient care, annual visits, and in-office procedures with a patient panel spanning pediatrics to geriatrics. Recent grads welcomed and solid EMR proficiency required.
