We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Brighton to find an experienced and skilled Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent Vehicle Technician prospect for a skilled looking to develop their career within a well-established automotive environment. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

n

Conduct comprehensive vehicle servicing and repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards




n
Perform complex diagnostics and resolve vehicle issues efficiently
n
Complete all work within specified timeframes to maintain productivity
n
Uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
n
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols
n
Support apprentice technicians and junior team members as required
n

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

n

n
Level 3 qualification as an automotive technician
n
Proven experience working within a main dealer network or similar environment
n
Diagnostic and repair skills to handle a range of vehicle issues
n
MOT tester accreditation is preferred but not essential
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
n
Positive organisational and communication skills
n
Motivation to achieve and exceed set targets
