Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain detailed financial models for development feasibilities, operations, debt, and valuations.
n
Lead the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of acquisitions and disposals.
n
Support quarterly reforecasting, variance analysis, and risk assessment.
n
Assist in structuring debt facilities and managing banking relationships.
n
Prepare comprehensive materials for boards, committees, and external investors.
n
Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.

What you'll bring:

Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, funds management or related financial fields.
n
Solid financial modelling and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Deep understanding of real estate asset classes such as PBSA, BTR, or Senior Living.

Proven ability to evaluate investments, conduct feasibility studies and perform valuation methodologies.
n
Excellent commercial judgement, attention to detail, and proactive ownership.
