UGL seeks an Aboriginal Engagement Coordinator to act as the primary contact for community engagement and guidance on Aboriginal businesses and employment prospects. You will develop employment strategies, engage local Aboriginal businesses, and represent UGL as an SME on indigenous matters while contributing to bids and tenders.

You will promote inclusivity and support Aboriginal employees, reporting outcomes and helping advance UGL RAP initiatives across projects.
