Salary Up to $110k plus super (depending on experience)

The role
Manage and service a high volume SME commercial portfolio focused primarily on business pack policies.




Lead end to end renewal management, policy updates, and market negotiations for small to medium business clients.
Delegate administrative tasks and processing efficiently across a team of three dedicated assistants.
Maintain strong relationships with underwriters to secure competitive terms across business pack risks.
Deliver exceptional service and advice to clients while maintaining high turnaround times.

About you
Must hold a Tier 1 insurance qualification.
Proven experience as an SME Broker or Account Manager within a commercial brokerage environment.
Robust technical knowledge of general commercial insurance lines, with expert understanding of business pack products.
High volume management skills with the ability to work effectively alongside multiple assistant brokers.
Strong communication skills with a client first approach to servicing.
A proactive team player who thrives in a dedicated onsite team environment.
