Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to support a major technology transformation and digital services environment.
n
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including marketing automation, campaign execution, data management, system integrations, reporting and end-user support.
n
The role will work closely with marketing, technology and business teams to ensure the platform is effectively configured, integrated and continuously improved.
n
Key Duties & Responsibilities
n

Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including data management and data cleansing.
n
Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation and A/B testing.
n
Maintain and document Marketing Cloud configurations and operational processes.
n
Support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud.
n
Develop and implement marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
n
Support Salesforce CRM administration,



particularly campaigns and their management across Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms.
n
Design and appropriately utilise Data Extensions.
n
Monitor and analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing automation with other systems and business processes.
n
Stay current with new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and recommend platform improvements.
n
Provide training and support to end users, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
n
5+ experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and implementation.
n
Experience across email marketing, marketing automation and data management.
n
Strong understanding of CRM systems and processes, particularly Salesforce.
n
Strong Proficiency in SQL, AMP script and HTML/CSS.
n
Ability to analyze campaign data and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
n
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
n
Strong understanding of the broader Salesforce platform and its functionality.
n
Positive understanding of integrating external data sources with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
n
Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Architecture certification(s) would be advantageous
