Job Description
GenusPlus Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Kewdale-based team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles across trades, construction, mining and infrastructure, plus white-collar vacancies as needed.

This is a proactive role focusing on sourcing, candidate engagement and building pipelines to meet project mobilisation deadlines. You'll partner with hiring managers, maintain accurate records in JobAdder and deliver a robust candidate experience.
