The Role:
n
Support adults living in our CPA group home to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. This posting is specifically for our home in Wyong.
n
Your day-to-day may include:
n
n
Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
n
Encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making
n
Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans & in your own vehicle)
n
Following person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism
n
Building positive relationships with our clients
n
n
What You'll Bring:
n
We are looking for candidates who embody CPA values , are client-focused in their approach to care, and are passionate about the opportunity to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities. You'll bring:
n
n
A can-do attitude and growth mindset — you're open to learning and ready to make a difference
n
Professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience preferred, however your passion & enthusiasm is key!
n
NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above)
n
Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
n
Availability across a variety of shift times, including:n
n
Early mornings (6am - 9am)
n
Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm)
n
Afternoons & evenings
n
Awake overnights (10pm-6am)
n
n
n
