Design & Build are teaming up with an Award-winning builder who is looking to source an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Sydney. They have recently been awarded a new projects and are looking to review profiles for a Project Manager to join the team.

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a commercial site with further projects to come located in Sydney.
n
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
n
n
Project Planning, scheduling, cost control and budgeting
n
Writing of construction program and hands-on project management delivery of work
n
Provide valuable technical knowledge and commercial awareness to the client
n
High-level planning, teamwork, communication and negotiating skills
n
Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
n




Playing a lead role in an ambitious company that has sustained growth through their years in Commercial Construction
n
n
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience D&C; office fitout and refurb experience
n
Tertiary qualification in
Construction/Engineering
or a trade background
n
Previously worked on complex fitout and refurb commercial projects
n
Travel across NSW and when necessary interstate travel
n
Experience running projects up to $5m - $10m in value
n
n
