What you'll be doing

You'll have the prospect to work closely with clients in their homes and community settings, helping them achieve greater mobility, independence and quality of life.

Pain management & strength training
n
Individual assessments and rehabilitation plans
n
Working collaboratively with families,



carers and other healthcare professionals
n
Managing your own caseload with genuine autonomy

What we're looking for
n
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
n
Community, mobile or aged care experience — highly regarded
n
Strong clinical reasoning and confidence working independently
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
A genuine passion for person-centred care
n
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
n
NDIS Worker Screening / Police Check / WWCC, or willingness to obtain
n
