Based in Melbourne
n
Willing to travel to Hong Kong for approximately two weeks, once or twice per year
n

Reports directly to the Head of Compliance
n
Supports the Australia, Hong Kong and China region
n
This role is focused primarily on remuneration analysis, salary benchmarking, workforce insights, and supporting leaders with data-driven people decisions.

What You'll Bring
n
n
Lead salary benchmarking exercises using external market data and internal remuneration analysis.
n
Maintain salary frameworks, job evaluation processes and position classification guidelines.
n
Support annual salary review, compensation recommendations and pay equity analysis.
n
Provide workforce reporting, headcount analysis and workforce planning insights.
n
Partner with managers on remuneration decisions for new hires, promotions and internal transfers.
n
Support organisational structure reviews and position design activities.
n
Provide guidance on performance, employee relations and HR policy matters as required.
n
Prepare HR metrics, dashboards and leadership reports.
n
Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
n
5-7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering,
Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, Workforce Planning or similar HR roles.
n
Hands-on experience conducting salary benchmarking and market remuneration analysis.
n
Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
n
Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practices.
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with Mandarin speaking and writing skills a must.
n
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline preferred.
n
