About The Role
n
As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents. Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Riverside views, located in Tasmania, we currently have an chance for Registered Nurses - Nights to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Minimum 3 years of experience
n
Providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
n
Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards,
legislative/statutory
requirements and regulations.
n
Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected timeframes
n
n
About You
n
n
An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse
n




Previous experience working as a RN in Aged CareStrong interpersonal and communication skills
n
A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization
